1 Overview
Rakesh Ranjan Services ("we", "our", "us") operates through irakeshmishra.in and provides professional consulting services in digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, SEO, and scent/fragrance branding.
Because our services are knowledge-based and delivered through professional time, expertise, and proprietary strategy, refunds are governed by the specific terms below. We encourage all clients to review this policy before engaging our services.
2 Free Strategy Session
Our introductory free demo sessions are complimentary and require no payment. No refund is applicable to free sessions.
3 Paid Consultation Packages
For one-time paid consultation sessions (strategy calls, audits, reports):
- Cancellation 48+ hours before the scheduled session: Full refund issued within 7 business days.
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before the session: 50% refund issued. The remaining 50% covers preparation time already invested.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before, or no-show: No refund applicable. The session will be considered consumed.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a paid session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge — twice per booking.
4 Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly retainers (SEO, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, Website Growth Strategy):

Notice period: Retainer cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp) at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
5 Scent Marketing & Fragrance Products
For physical scent branding products (fragrance oils, diffusers, HVAC solutions, and scent kits):
- Unused products in original packaging: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Full refund minus shipping costs.
- Opened or used fragrance products: Not eligible for refund due to the nature of consumable scent products, unless the product is defective or not as described.
- Defective or incorrect products: Full refund or replacement at our cost. Please send photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
- Custom-formulated fragrances: Non-refundable once production has commenced, as these are bespoke products made specifically for your brand.
- Installation services: Non-refundable once the installation visit has been completed.
6 Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Strategy documents, audit reports, and deliverable files once shared with the client
- Ad spend and third-party platform fees (Meta, Google, etc.) — these are paid directly to the respective platforms
- Custom-designed creative assets once files have been delivered
- Domain registrations, hosting, or third-party software purchased on your behalf
- Any service where work has been substantially completed and delivered
7 Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a service, we encourage you to raise the concern before requesting a refund. Here's our resolution process:
- Contact us within 7 days of the service delivery with specific, documented concerns.
- We will respond within 3 business days and offer a resolution — which may include a complimentary revision session, additional deliverables, or a partial refund at our discretion.
- If no resolution is reached, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis considering the scope of work completed.
8 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact us through any of the following channels with your full name, invoice number or booking reference, service name, and reason for the refund request:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
9 Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
